PowR Walk Educational DVD
The PowR Walk is an incredibly versatile piece of fitness equipment that connects your upper and lower body with its adjustable cables, so you can add resistance to any movement! It can be added to a walking or jogging program to increase caloric expenditure of those activities by 30%.
The DVD shows a variety of locomotor movements and lunge-walks, and also has a 15 and 30 minute workout that cycles you through five main areas; total body resistance, lunges, cardio boosters, core, and legs/hips. You will maximize your results while minimizing your total exercise time.
