Train Station Educational DVD
The Train Station is a multi-faceted training tool that allows you to adjust the training angle (and the effect) of an exercise by sliding the double buckle to different heights. This gives you an incredible variety of movements and exercises to perform. The DVD includes three circuits that will train your entire body in six major areas of movement; pushing, pulling, rotating, legs/hips, combination exercises, and locomotor movements.
The DVD also shows three levels of intensity for each of those exercises; Stability (beginner), Strength (intermediate), and Power (Advanced).
